As a Project Sales Associate for 1 year, I've accomplished the following:
- Handled Ayala project - created cost proposals and technical specifications via CRM, SharePoint and PSPGen for Ayala projects and all subsidiary companies
- Attended meetings on-site to explain American Standard fixtures and settle disputes - product features, spare parts, installation, and site requirement i.e. provisions
- Proposed Inax plumbing fixtures as well to Ayala projects and created cost proposal and specification
- Participated in Annual Inventory Count- did an actual counting of physical inventories in the warehouse and encoded the tally in the system
- Prompted the Task force Team together with Credit and Collection Team in improving the collection ratio by constantly asking follow-ups on the due-for-payment invoices
As a Sales Admin Associate for 1 year, I've accomplished the following:
- Supported the sales team by processing sales orders, schedule of delivery and inspection up to schedule of installation and fixing and repair
- Enforced the terms and conditions of selling to ensure that the sales team are following the protocols to avoid damages to client-relationship and product
- Managed client database for an accurate and updated lists of client and contact persons and assisted clients personally whenever sales designers are not available.
