I was part of the real estate development company in Finance for 8 years mainly handling account disbursements of malls operation, handling customer payable of the merchants, releasing of malls marketing payment to promote the malls business. I handled also asset management of the company by identifying and encoding it to the system for tracking the assets of the company used by the employees. The system that we used is SAP. I am well aware of using the generation of codes used in getting information using SAP. I was tasked also to do the company's bank reconciliation every month to monitors its cash flow and to be able to identify unrecorded transactions of the company versus the bank's record, with any discrepancies we communicate and address such error made by the employee and note and correct the error. I was a custodian to identify the asset of the company used by the employees as such to monitor and dispose of if needed to retire it and replace it. During my stay in the company, it made me a well-rounded person.

After my 8 years of stay in real estate development, I was also connected as an agent mainly variable life insurance for 4 years. We expose ourselves to awareness to people by doing talks and sharing who have no idea how variable life insurance works and how we can help the ones who are left behind or to those who are in a life-threatening illness or sickness and to those who want to save for their children. But during my stay as an agent, I was on a break because I was also in a life-threatening situation. I was diagnosed with cancer and was on a remission. I am cancer-free for 3 years now but I decided to resign as an insurance agent and focus more on my family. But today since its been 3 years running 4 years I am ready to work for your company. Rest assured that my health condition is not a threat to you and I hope that you can give a chance to work for your company.
