For 3 years, I have been building my online presence to finally be able to work for different companies and organizations. I started working as a CSR/Telemarketer for over 4 years I have been assigned to both Inbound and Outbound accounts which have helped broaden my understanding of the BPO industry. I’ve handled and have experience in LOB's such as billing, sales, customer service and order entry, which I would say are some of my strengths that I have learned and gained knowledge off over the course of the 4 years.
I was also hired as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Team Manager in a Loan Campaign and Virtual Assistant for a Credit Repair Company in some other jobs I've had. Moreover, I also have experience in writing. I have previously worked for a blog site where I took over the excess workload which couldn’t be covered. Other skills and work experiences I have gained from this are order entry, typing, and web researching.
