My overall work experience is 10 years including working in a physical office, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for almost 2 years. I worked in the Administration and knows how to do with paperwork and computer work. I am easily trained and very open to training.
I know how to use Microsoft word and excel, I also worked as a Human Resources Staff. I know recruitment, training and employee relations. I am also familiar with using eBay, Amazon, Shopify, CRM Based email like Base CRM, Magento, Green House and I am also familiar with calendar management. I love doing data entry jobs. I am also familiar using google docs and google sheets.
I did reports like putting invoices in google sheets to generate reports for my client, I also research business related stuff once in a while. I also do headhunting applicants for the vacant position as one of my projects.
I also made manuals for my client, they train me verbally and I do the manual virtually. I also am familiar using Salesforce as a tool for making a sale.
I attend meetings every now and then with my client in New York and California.
