I took a temporary career hiatus (since Oct 2015) to build on my own businesses (specialty coffee café and
Vietnamese eatery) of which I am very fond and proud of. I am confident in its operations through the
processes and culture I have built. I intend to travel the world to find inspiration on where I can add value. I
