I have almost 3 years of a wide experience in providing amazing service to customers over phone, email and chat. Among them, I worked as a Support Team Lead for 4 months. My key responsibility was to help my team succeed in providing the best customer service to companies' clients. To fulfill that goal I helped agents over the phone with the technical questions and efficiently resolved escalations, followed up with agents on the calls' QA and completed 1 on 1s each and every month. Also, I had some other tasks from the higher management and sometimes created trainings for the whole support department (my specialty was soft skills on the technical call).
As for my professional skills, I am a hard-working and enthusiastic person.
