I have a depth of experience in strategic planning, building great teams and implementing innovation into leadership teams (innovation being the awareness and the ability to make ideas happen) .

I am currently the CoFounder of Zen & Inno - the Innovation Launchpad - (http://www.zenandinno.com/) which is just over 3 years old but has been struggling to find it’s market here and has not been able to keep me busy.

Over the winter I was able to indulge my love of design and discovered I had a secret love of code. Who knew? Much like theatrical lighting design (my first career), building websites stimulates both my right-left brain needs for the balance of creativity and performance built on a solid structural foundation. 

So the kicker here is that I’m self-taught and brand new to the world of website design. 

**The great news is that I’m itching to get started, extremely disciplined, communicative, reliable, outrageously creative, resourceful, have a growth mindset and motivated by solving challenges. **

I’m particularly passionate about mobile-first designs and UX design (Adobe XD is my jam). And my guilty pleasure is infographics, geeking out over colour and whiteboard animation. 

I am seeking remote freelance work as part of a great team that takes pride in their work - but would also consider ongoing part-time employment if the fit is right.
