An integral part of the role involved working with clients on a day to day basis, face to face or via email/
phone. I helped with new joiner interviews and recruitment. As an EA, my other tasks included; coordinating
complex travel arrangements and meetings, diary and inbox management for Partner and Directors,
expenses, populating timesheets and document formatting. I gained extensive knowledge of SAP, eTravel,
CRM, JobTrack, Create, Nowspace, Concur, WebEx and Microsoft. A large part of my role was organising
and hosting events;

The Kingscote Barn is an award-winning events venue where I assisted Events Coordinators to prepare and
host weddings. This included; liaising with the bride, groom and registrar throughout the event, conducting
risk assessments, checking guests into accommodation and ensuring the event ran smoothly, general
telephone and email communications and attending wedding Open Days to build customer relationships
and promote the venue.

My role was to assist in organising sailing events around the world, working with colleagues in different
countries. This involved general admin tasks such as; managing enquiries and bookings, marketing, social
media, credit control/ invoicing, as well as organising and attending seminars in London for over 100
clients. I also gained experience with software such as InDesign, Thunderbird and iContact. In 2014 I was
part of a team launching an Atlantic Crossing, where I spent two weeks in Lanzarote commissioning the
office and registering participants.
