I’m Kashif Arshad, a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) with over Nine years of hands-on experience in accounting management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. My career has been built on helping companies — especially SaaS and technology-driven businesses — maintain accurate books, stay compliant with GAAP and IFRS, and make better financial decisions through clear, actionable insights.

Currently, I serve as Accounting Manager at Mighty Digits LLC, New York, where I lead the full cycle of accounting operations for a portfolio of SaaS clients. My work includes complex account reconciliations, revenue recognition, month-end and year-end closings, and detailed financial reporting. I guide clients through audits, coordinate directly with external auditors, and ensure clean, accurate records that stand up to scrutiny. In addition, I manage payroll and benefits administration through platforms like Gusto, Justworks, Rippling, and TriNet, and streamline AP and AR processes using tools like QuickBooks Online, Ramp, Bill.com, and Stripe.

My professional journey began at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Pakistan, where I spent five years as a Senior Associate Auditor. There, I learned how to evaluate and strengthen internal controls, prepare statutory financial statements, and lead audit engagements for some of the firm’s top clients. This Big 4 background gave me a strong technical foundation and the confidence to handle complex accounting challenges with precision and integrity.

Beyond technical expertise, I’m passionate about building efficient systems and strong teams. I mentor junior accountants, introduce process improvements, and leverage technology to simplify workflows and improve accuracy. My certifications — including QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor Online and partnerships with bill.com, Hubdoc, and Expensify — reflect my commitment to staying ahead of the tools and trends shaping modern accounting.
