Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Installation and Configuration:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Set up network cabling and manage network closets and server rooms.
• Implement and configure network security measures, including firewalls and VPNs, to protect data and systems.

1. Network Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor network performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as firmware updates and software patches.
• Ensure network infrastructure is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and best practices.

1. Troubleshooting and Support:

• Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, slow performance, and hardware failures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with network-related problems.
• Document network issues, resolutions, and changes to maintain accurate records.
