My intercultural experience as an exchange student in the United States is an edge in terms of my interpersonal and communication skills. As an accounting major, it trained me in terms of recording and auditing financial and non-financial accounts. It is the kind of training that enables me to produce timely and quality outputs no matter what the task is. Also, being a fresh graduate is like a newly bought sponge. Not only I am very eager to absorb knowledge, but can also easily adapt to the culture and build the skills the company needs, as opposed to unlearning old work habits.
