I have recently fraduated from the university/ My speciality is Economics and economic policy.

I have 1 year of working experience in the HR field as an HR Assistant.

My main responsibilities were:

• Administrating benefits for employees
• Managing internal LMS
• Information content of the internal portal
• Administration of the health insurance contract (interaction with the insurance company, maintaining a database of contracts, forming lists of insured, tracking payments)
• Administration of COVID testing and vaccinating of labourers.
• Organisation and control of job preparations for new employees.
