UX/UI Design & Frontend Development
I run a freelance web design/development company in Los Angeles. Every project
begins with a comprehensive online strategy and branding plan including: goal and
audience definition, UX/UI design, linguistic branding including tone and message,
visual branding, and social media strategy.
I design the sites using Photoshop and then develop the website using HTML5,
CSS3, and Javascript on a CMS (most often Wordpress). Every site is responsive and
optimized for mobile. Client care and communication is an emphasis throughout and
I wrap each project with a well-documented user’s guide and training session so the
client can perform daily updates and maintenance on their site.
I manage a team of writers, editors and other designers that I sub-contract on a

Podcation 2018

UX Coordinator
Podcation is an event where a team of artists, actors and producers come together to
create a complete podcast. I came alongside this team to oversee the creation of the
online experience for this podcast. Upon project completion, I delivered a sitemap,
wireframes, design/brand images, event photography and eight pages of worldbuilding content written in conjunction with the project’s narrative team.

Chief of Operations & Lead Designer
As the chief of operations, I oversaw every aspect of production for this multi-media
production company. I managed teams of creatives across disciplines including:
webcomics, print comics, YouTube content, podcasts, audio dramas, ebooks, and
physical merchandise. I was responsible for bringing this projects from conception
to distribution, and ensured our teams consistently met their deadlines. As Lead
Designer, I collaborated with the Chief of Marketing to create campaigns to promote
these projects and provided marketing collateral in alignment with each project’s
unique brand. I also oversaw the design, development, and regular upkeep of the
company website.
Project Coordinator
I assisted project managers with 12-15 client accounts at a time, maintaining client
relationships through phone and email, managing project hours and deadlines,
completing discovery paperwork and meeting with clients to discover and set
expectations, keeping all project paperwork up to date, managing scope, tasking
employees, scheduling meetings, creating presentations, and running client meetings.
I provided strategy on client relationships and worked with marketing to create
promotional materials and organize campaigns.
