Project description: Negotiate with Amazon US vendors on freight, damage and marketing development funds and make them agree to terms. Success of the project depends on the $ value achieved and number of vendors who successfully accepted the terms.
Business goal (BG) and Operations goal(OG):
BG: To achieve $60M and convert 30% vendors in a span of 2 months
OG: People management (1:1 discussions, scorecards, coaching/development plans), maintain a 48 hour SLA for vendor responses, handle vendor escalations, report generation for teams and stakeholders
Project execution and achievement:
Handled a 35 member team to achieve both the business and operations goals
Lead the daily stakeholder calls and discuss status, dependencies, escalations, rewards and reports
Handled vendor escalations and wrote COE’s if required
Achieved the stretch primary goals of $62.5 million in win amount and converted 3750 vendors
Achieved operations goals with 46 hours SLA

Project 2: Grocery Promotions
Project description: Connect with Amazon US grocery sellers on an existing price promotion and make them add as many products as possible in the marketplace.

BG: To achieve 30% seller connectivity and add 6300 ASINs over a period of 6 weeks
OG: People management (1:1 discussions, scorecards, coaching/development plans), maintain a 36 hour SLA for seller responses, handle seller escalations, data analysis and operations report generation for teams and stakeholders
Project execution and achievement:
Handled a 13 member team to achieve both the business and operations goals
Lead the stakeholder calls and discuss status, dependencies, escalations, rewards and reports
Connected with 33% of the sellers and created/added 6476 ASINs
