With over five years as a hotel receptionist, I have honed my skills in managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, invoicing and supervision of general staff.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Google workspace, Trello, and Pastel software, with strong capabilities in scheduling, email management, data entry and customer care.

I am currently looking to expand my expertise in the tech industry, focusing on software testing and automation. I hold a software tester foundation certificate and am actively developing my skills in manual testing, Python programming and automation tools like Selenium. My goal is to combine my administrative background with technical skills to excel in roles that require efficiency, Problem solving and adaptability.
