Karol Fuentes

’m an Environmental Engineer from Colombia, currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science at Sydney Polytechnic Institute in Australia. I bring hands-on experience in environmental projects, including landfill management, GIS mapping, budgeting, and technical reporting, using tools such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Google Earth.

At the same time, I’ve been expanding my data analytics skill set through training and personal projects, working with Python, Excel, SQL, and Power BI to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making. I’m passionate about applying data science to solve real-world environmental and sustainability challenges, and I’m eager to contribute my skills and continue learning through practical experience.
