I am an optimistic person. I always try to look for something good in every situation. I normally do not let pressure take over me since it would only cause distraction that would lead to an unorganized outcome. I always make sure that the task that I perform must be well thought of. I do not settle for less. I always dig deep and try to look for the best results. All factors must be considered when I perform a task to achieve best results. Making sure that all tasks must be submitted before the deadline in a presentable way is a must. I am also an assertive type of person. I perform tasks accordingly and cautiously to reach the goal. I assert my authority with ideas especially if those ideas are precise and could be a big factor to achieve the target. I do research on some of the ideas before I give it in order to make sure that it would fit the situation. Performing tasks with the goal in mind helps me focus on important things. It provides clarity for me. I do not second guess because that would only lead to either failure or success. Making decisions accurately and precisely is what I do especially in the event that I need to make a choice so that I wouldn’t regret the decisions that I made. Nothing is more riveting than a person who is decisive and purposeful. Doing things without purpose is nothing but a waste of time for me. I make sure that I am being productive on a day-to-day basis. As a customer service representative and as a sales associate, I need to make sure that I provide excellent and quality service to my clients. Making sure that every conversation they have with me is worth their while.
