I decided to explore my career in freelancing hoping that this would benefit me more than working in a traditional office environment.
I worked as a Technical Support (Voice) in a BPO company under an Antivirus account. In this field we are assisting our customers regarding any concerns related to our products. I learned to do multitasking and to work under pressure which I believed that the qualities of a freelancer should have.
I worked as well as a Technical Support Engineer in a HR company based in Makati. I am handling support tickets from our employees who experienced problems from hardware to software issues .Maintenance of the file servers, Active Directories and IT asset management database are also my responsibilities. Whenever there is a new employee coming in, I am the one responsible for creating his/her office related accounts. I also guarantee that the computer of that person was correctly configured to protect our companies’ important Data.
I also experienced handling client’s IT related requirement like office network setup for their employees, computer system management like Bio-metric, CRM and CCTV.
