I have experiences related to customer handling and customer relations. I am trained to Handle Customer Feedback and do customer recovery to ensure we turn an Irate customer into a loyal customer. In the field of my previous job, I am trained to value excellence at work. I have handled Document Control System, Marketing, Service Quality, Production Control and Production Quality as well as Food Safety and Stocks Inventory.

I am also used to handling People and doing Effective Floor Control during store operations. At the end of the month, I ensure I update and submit all needed reports which include, Factors Affecting Sales Analysis, Food Cost, and Paper Cost Inventory and Analysis. 

Lastly, I am also capable of Analyzing Sales Data and do some root-cause analysis for actions that did not work on our Strategic Planning.
