Hi I'm Karl a graduate of BS nursing. I've been working with the BPO industry for around 5 years doing multiple csr accounts both voice/non voice. Done some back office works for a telco company as well. For the past 2 years I've been working as a freelancer doing multiple remote tasks like ticketing, web research, data mining, chat/ email support, admin works and many more. I have multiple experience with different types of accounts ranging from personal financial accounts / telco / amazon and ticket concert management. I'm very independent and a fast learner. I'm very passionate about my work specially if it pays well.
