I have been in Customer Service Industry since 2010. Having an experience in BPO industry, I was trained in customer support, technical support, chat services, email marketing, sale, and many more.
My experience in Call Center includes clients in US phone providers, and telecommunications. So I very much understand the importance of customer relations and multi-tasking.
In 2014, I moved to Singapore and was hired as Project Manager in a medical and laboratory centre. It is a huge company so I was able to handle many employees, manage big-time and small-time projects, and of course create rapport with the clients and customers.
I have been a manager since 2014 to 2018 where I harnessed my skills in Customer relations in a professional setting. I understand how to handle problematic and irate customers while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile on my face. I also make sure to keep customer relationship strong so our clients will be contented.
In 2018, I took a Master's Degree in Leadership Management. Here, I am able to apply what I learned and integrate it with theories in management.
Since the world was struck with pandemic, I decided to go back to Freelance Work.
