My past 4 years of work experience mainly deal with providing customer support on various e-Commerce brands via email, chat, or social media using the company's required Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (eg. Salesforce, LivePerson, Zendesk). I know how important it is that we value our customers every time we have an interaction regardless of the channel of communication.
I value the significance of maintaining a high customer rating by providing stellar customer service, such as but not limited to simply assisting them through our support channels. It also includes an analysis of our processes in order to identify any opportunities that we can improve in order to enhance the customer's experience. This leads to a good reputation for the company, which in result will make us bound to have more clients/customers due to the positive experience that we deliver or through the positive reviews and referrals of our existing customers.
I am also the type of individual who places a high value on work ethics, and one who is always open to listen and contribute new ideas. Allowing members in the organization to share their ideas, and listening to them with the goal of looking for improvement is one of my ways to show this.
