Recruitment Strategies

HR Strategies
With strong 12+years of experience in leading human resources operations, expertise
in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee
engagement, and building high-performing teams. Design and implement HR
policies from scratch. Creating Appraisal process (performance management
system), Leave Management system, employee handbook, Exit process
Appointment/offer/ Confirmation and other important letters. Played an active part
in culture activities, setting up employee engagement activities, introducing 1 on 1s,
Compensation and Benefits, rewards and Recognitions, Trainings and Development
programs.
HR Policies & Compliances
● Create comprehensive HR policies, employee handbooks maintaining
performance management, leave, benefits, and workplace conduct. Work with
management and legal teams to align policies with strategic objectives.

Onboarding & Offboarding
● Set up processes and policies from scratch and improvised according to the
changes in the organization and growth of the co.
● Prepare Training and Induction presentations for new joiners, by explaining
policies, Mission, and values. Implementing ideas to create different
onboarding kits according to the budget defined.
● Introducing the Buddy program, and making sure the team onboarding
process is carried as planned.
● Formulated the exit process and improvised as the company grew, and as per
ISO compliance. Initial discussion with the employees when they send the
resignation, to understand clear reasons for deciding to quit and see if any
actions can be taken. Make sure KT and all other clearance from the
departments are done on the exit day.
● In case of Termination, discussion with the employee, for code of conduct or
breach of any policy and Preparing exit documents
Performance Review
● Set up a 360-degree review process
● Prepared forms with the help of different department managers, formulating
key parameters according to their OKRs and KPIs. Coordinating review
meetings, and being a part of them as well and preparing Appraisal and
