I am a Senior Business Analyst with over eight years of experience delivering successful technology solutions across federal, nonprofit, and private sectors. My career has been defined by a passion for bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that every project I contribute to delivers measurable value, efficiency, and impact.

In my current role at Insperity, I collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product owners to design and implement scalable HR, payroll, and benefits solutions within the Premier platform. I manage multiple concurrent workstreams, lead Agile ceremonies, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. My contributions have supported integrations with Workday and Salesforce, enabling seamless system design, data flow, and automation that improve business operations.

Previously, I worked at Main Digital where I partnered with a leading real estate client, Newmark, to develop a corporate rolodex system and spearhead a critical data migration initiative. By gathering requirements, writing user stories, and coordinating testing, I ensured the delivery of a modernized platform that enhanced usability and integrity for end users.

At Indev, I provided business analysis leadership for multiple federal projects, including USDA, FHWA, and FTA. My work included modernizing the Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS), implementing Agile frameworks, and creating user stories and wireframes to guide technical teams. I also played a key role in evaluating FedRAMP-compliant COTS products for the Department of Interior, aligning with strict federal security standards.

Earlier in my career with INADEV and IRUSA, I collaborated with government and nonprofit stakeholders to improve digital platforms, streamline workflows, and deliver solutions through full SDLC and Agile methodologies. I gained hands-on experience running SQL queries, conducting UAT, and coordinating cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore environments.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Science in Forest and Ecosystem Science, which give me a unique ability to approach business analysis with both technical rigor and a systems-oriented perspective. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Master, with strong expertise in Agile delivery, backlog grooming, user story writing, and business process modeling.
