Sanford Marketing Corporation also known as Savemore Market is a chain of neighborhood
grocery stores located outside SM Mall to bring the SM shopping experience — great merchandise
selection, value for money, safety, and convenience, and excellent customer service with a smile
from courteous and ever reliable staff, closer to where shoppers live and work grocery items as
early as 8 am. It is present in communities and complements the main supermarkets by providing
for last-minute shopping needs.
AS CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONEL: My main job is to serve customers but I'm also
responsible for the overall operation of the front line, this includes cashiers and baggers. Doing
inventory and requesting monthly supplies of front-line assets such as plastic bags, push carts,
kiddie carts, and shopping baskets is part of my responsibility. I'm giving a positive customer
experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Maintains checkout operations by following
policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
AS A SENIOR CASHIER: I register sales on a POS by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling
customers’ purchases and bag purchases if needed. Discounts purchases by redeeming coupons
and availing mandated discounts such as pwd and senior citizen discounts. Collects payments by
accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes changes for cash
customers. Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording government-issued id numbers;
and operating credit card authorization systems.

come to be known for.
I started working when I was 17 while studying in College. As a food service crew and certified
crew trainer of the counter station, I'm responsible for making sure that everyone is complying with
the standard operating procedures. Taking orders, assembling orders, and giving change if any,
are part of my role but providing excellent service to our customers is my mantra that's why even
though I was a working student, I managed to stay in long-term until I graduated.
