I worked in Doha, Qatar as executive secretary at New International Technology Co WLL. I maintained executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences. I attended meetings and keep minutes. Received, directed and relayed telephone messages and fax messages. Handled and prioritized all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). Maintained the general filing system and file all correspondence. Made travel arrangements for executives. Handled confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Assisted with invoices or financial statements and provides assistance in bookkeeping. Monitored office supplies and negotiated terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders. Maintained electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Conducted research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned and I also provide word-processing and secretarial support.
I also worked at AlmanaSoft WLL as receptionist/secretary. I answered email and phone calls inquiry from clients. I also set appointments for our client. I also do secretarial jobs such as writing letters, purchasing orders and materials. I also worked in Sky Qatar Trading and Cons. Inc., I worked as Admin Assistant and Philippine Airport Ground Support Solution where I was assigned as customer service agent under Singapore Airlines. My responsibilities are to ensure that clients meet their expectations with the airlines and give them full service they need, answer customers’ inquiries and give assistance as well. I also had a work experience was in Fiesta Tours and Travel Inc. where I was assigned as reservations officer, my tasks are to answer phone calls, answer inquiries from clients, issue travel and hotel bookings. I also had my work experience in Metropolitan Museum of Manila as a research officer and tourist’s guide; my responsibilities are to do research about art pieces in the museum and to conduct tour guides to museum guests. I also managed special events in the museum.
