Collections department: *inbound In this department I was
trained to offer customers different payment methods, help
them when they did not know how or when to pay, locate
tools to guide them to keep their accounts catch up and
get current, I worked assisting people who were late with
their payments, people who lost their jobs including their
spouses if applied in join account had enough income. I
also dedicated myself to vehicle financing support during
and after Hurricane IDA and the COVID 19 pandemic.
*NMA/KMPS department: *inbound* customer service
department in this department, I have helped some
customers make payments, verify your guarantees when
purchasing a vehicle, support processes to apply for new
financing, deal with people of all ages regarding doubts

the Credit Bureau Report and credit reporting agencies
together with their IDs and their SSN. It should also be verified
whether prospective customers are up to date with their
mortgages and other auto-financing, to verify if they
understood the terms and conditions of the application
through interviews, text messages, mail calls and faxes, and
evaluate if the vehicle application will be accepted or
denied.
