I am a Hotel and Restaurant Management degree holder, with customer service experiences not only coming from the Food and Beverage industry but also from Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations.

Having experiences in both worlds, I am confident to say that I am a creative, passionate and results-oriented individual. I am very keen to take new responsibilities with bigger operations and challenges. I am a fast learner and can adapt to new situations, environments and cultures.

My previous jobs had a variety of approach when it comes to customer service. I am an upbeat person who always has a positive attitude and sees the silver lining in every situation. I'm very independent, self-sufficient, detail oriented and has a strong work ethic. I'm well trained to work in a high pace environment with tight deadlines who can respond quickly to spontaneous changes. I think this would be an amazing job opportunity and would be honored to be considered for the position.
