Prior to this, I worked as an administrative professional in a financial institution reviewing and updating corporate policies and procedures. Due to the nature of this work, I became very detail-oriented in handling multiple task while providing great customer support. Being that I am a native English and Spanish speaker, I also translated and interpreted for 2 years.
