I have vast experience in office administration procedures and customer service.

I pride myself in providing a customer service, that I would expect to receive if I was that customer.

This is due to many bad experiences I have encountered when seeking advice from a help desk, just to be left hanging at the end of the call.

I am self disciplined in working from home, having worked for an online retailer for just short of 12 years in a home based office.

I have excellent time management skills, a great work ethic and confident with multi tasking.

I am also very experienced with fraud detection, having checked numerous customer orders for fraud and cancelled suspicious orders before they could be processed. I am capable of recognising current fraud trends.

I have accounts payable and receivable experience.

I currently use Xero for bill payments, invoicing and bank reconciliations.

Experienced in document creation, as in newsletters, composing forms and working with spreadsheets.
