I have been a Virtual Assistant for more than 10 years with Professional Experience in Health Care Insurance Processing, Licensing, Credentialing, Insurance Verification and Prior Authorization and 3 years of that as A Health Virtual Assistant in a Primary Health Care Facility where Multitasking is part of our daily routine and manages cases as time sensitive. I assist and coordinate with Doctors, ARNP, PA and their Patients by Setting appointments, Taking Inbound and Outbound calls on any random medical request, such as medication prescription; DME request, Referrals to Medical Specialist, Diagnostic Imaging Orders, Lab Orders/Results in a timely manner. Later on Focus on the Rule as a Diagnostic Imaging Coordinator which includes Insurance Verification of Patients Benefits and Processing Prior Authorization, if procedure is denied, file an appeal and follow-up determination.  I believe that my past experience proved my flexibility to take on different roles and the knowledge I have gained from my past experience has given me the edge to become an asset to your company if given a chance. I am self- motivated and passionate, able to multitask, and most of all I am a team player with the ability to communicate verbally and written with the personnel's inside and outside of the organization. Able to handle, understand and empathize with patient's concerns with at most respect even under pressure.
