Hi! I’m a highly organized and solutions-driven professional with a strong background in program coordination, account management, and customer support. In my current role, I manage participant accounts and handle sensitive financial communications, including processing scholarships and coordinating with schools and teachers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance. I thrive in environments where attention to detail and clear communication are key.

My work requires balancing multiple moving parts—tracking invoice changes, resolving discrepancies, and following up through professional email correspondence that often determines key performance metrics. I’m known for being dependable, resourceful, and level-headed, even when dealing with last-minute changes or complex issues. I don’t just get the job done—I make sure it’s done right, with integrity and care.

One of my strengths is being able to advocate for people while staying within policy.
