I’m a people-oriented and adaptable professional with a background in Nursing and over ten years of experience in customer service, onboarding, and administrative support. My nursing education gave me a strong sense of empathy, patience, and attention to detail qualities that continue to guide the way I work and connect with others. Although I didn’t pursue nursing as a licensed profession, the values I gained from it have shaped my work ethic and how I approach every role with care and dedication.
I started my career at Qualfon, where I handled escalation and managerial-level calls. Working with frustrated customers taught me how to stay calm under pressure and focus on finding solutions that make people feel heard and valued. Later, as an online ESL teacher at 51Talk, I had the chance to teach English to both kids and adults. That experience strengthened my communication skills and reminded me how fulfilling it is to help others grow and gain confidence.
In 2019, I joined OggvoRep LLC, where I worked my way up from Appointment Setter to Onboarding Representative and eventually to Customer Success Advisor. Over the years, I’ve managed hundreds of clients from different industries, helping them improve their business visibility, streamline processes, and build stronger customer relationships. I also guided new clients during onboarding, led a small remote team, and supported administrative tasks like reports and payroll preparation.
Working remotely has taught me to be organized, self-motivated, and flexible. I’m confident using tools like Zoho CRM, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, and I enjoy finding ways to make processes smoother and more efficient.
