I am an experienced customer service representative. Interacting with people by phone or chat is one of the tasks I enjoy doing as I am challenged to accomplish goals and satisfy customers. I also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Coaching and auditing are my passion. I love to share my best practices to help people improve their potentials and share my stories about the weaknesses I had overcome and my triumphant moments which I believe inspire others. Teaching English makes me become more fascinated about nurturing people's abilities as I realize how they value the English language to be successful in their dreams.
