Attendance Management & Time Office Administration
Manage 1600+ employees’ attendance with the help of SAVIOR & ESSL (Time Office Software).
Add new employees in SAVIOR Application, Generate employee code and make punching of new
employees by punching machine.
Manage leave records of all the employees (CL & EL) and update attendance (Present, Absent, CL, EL,
C-OFF, Miss Punch, Training, Event, Leave without Pay, Tour, On-Duty, Holiday) on monthly basis in
SAVIOR.
Prepare Late Arrival Report and update Late Arrival Deduction in SAVIOR on monthly Basis.
Solve queries related to attendance at the time of salary.
Payroll
Entries of new employees in PAY-EXPERT (Payroll Software) and Manage Salary of 1600+ employees.
Transfer employees from Stipend to On-Roll on monthly basis.
Taking Care of entries of Salary Advance, Loan, Mobile, Other Deduction and update Increment in PAY
-EXPERT.
Statutory Compliance
Following new government rules & regulations.
Taking Care of Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, Overtime and Leave Encashment.
EPFO Working:
Generate UAN of new employees on monthly basis.
Taking care of subsidy of EPF Contribution on monthly basis.
Prepare ECR (Contribution Sheet) and generate challan of EPF.
Activate UAN and generate KYC for employees.
Handling employee’s grievances related to EPF and taking care of EPF withdrawal & transfer account
process.
ESIC Working:
Generate and Insert IP of new, rejoin and existing employees.
Preparing excel sheet of monthly contribution of ESIC.
Generate challan of ESIC and transfer to account department.
Generate E-Pehchan Card of new employees for ESIC benefits as well as provide medical benefits
form (i.e., Form-7B, 37, Entitlement to benefits, Accidental Report).
Resolving employee’s queries related to ESIC.
Recruitment & Manpower Management
Keeping a track of talent requisition received from various departments.
Searching the resources for recruitment and approaching the right sources (i.e., Campus Recruitment,
Job Portal, Consultancy, References etc.)
Finalizing the selection after coordinating & conducting the selection process from screening, various
interview rounds, short-listing, background verification, negotiating terms & conditions of

Finalize the annual recruitment report for the business unit.
Induction & Orientation
Plan & organizing employee orientation and induction program, completing the joining formalities,
issuing appointment letter, familiarize to job profile, staff and organization.
