Taking Care of entries of Salary Advance, Loan, Mobile, Other Deduction and update Increment in PAY -EXPERT. Statutory Compliance Following new government rules & regulations. Taking Care of Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, Overtime and Leave Encashment. EPFO Working: Generate UAN of new employees on monthly basis. Taking care of subsidy of EPF Contribution on monthly basis. Prepare ECR (Contribution Sheet) and generate challan of EPF. Activate UAN and generate KYC for employees. Handling employee’s grievances related to EPF and taking care of EPF withdrawal & transfer account process. ESIC Working: Generate and Insert IP of new, rejoin and existing employees. Preparing excel sheet of monthly contribution of ESIC. Generate challan of ESIC and transfer to account department. Generate E-Pehchan Card of new employees for ESIC benefits as well as provide medical benefits form (i.e., Form-7B, 37, Entitlement to benefits, Accidental Report).
