provide customer service. I maintain vigilance over a twelve hour period and as needed
while on call. I contact dispatch/emergency personnel if needed. I complete Timesheets,

I received twelve weeks of training. This position included answering phone calls, technical
support, and de-escalating supervisor calls. The week that I was terminated due to a voice
level disagreement in which I was unaware that my volume button was turned down, I had
attendance of one hundred percent. My incentive goals were the same. My other scores
were in a continual state of improvement. From August 2-August 8, my seven day was 61-81.
My representative experience was 33-37. My value generation was 18.8-12.7. My app
engagement was 30-18. My TDPC was 1.67-8.98. My transfers were 13-10. My OCC was 0-.78.
On August 9th, my overall score was 95% which was down from 100% on July 31st.

Case Manager,-
I received twelve weeks of training. This included job shadowing all departments, 58 different
offices and personnel, from Education to Mental Health, to Grievance to CAB. It included First
Aid, CPR, Personal Protection, OCI, and gang related information. I received field officer
training from eight different field officers for data entry for notes, case management, and
personalized interventions. I attended meetings with the Assistant Warden, Internal Affairs,
Case Managers’s, and Unit Team Managers’s in an effort to move offenders to the
appropriate placements as well as required meetings every other week in order to discuss
new business. I was an official Case Manager in Dorm D over 100+ offenders in Pods 3 & 4
awaiting a final week of training for certification. I had perfect attendance while working
here.

Security Officer/Table Games Dealer,-
I was a security officer. I maintained a presence at all times in all areas, casino and trackside.
It has a capacity of 5000+ adults. I have guarded the gate at great outdoor events for RBRM,
Three Doors Down, Diana Ross, and Reba. There has been a 13% increase on the balance
sheet, and a move from 3rd place to 1st in the Total Service Race to Rewards. This was a shift
in the Vision Race in the area of Friendly and Helpful. The facility met their data goals 3 out of
4 quarters in 2019. As a Security Officer, I concurrently trained and worked as a
Craps/Baccarat Dealer from September through December when I resigned my Officer
position to work as a Craps/Baccarat Dealer.
