I have more than 2 years of experience in total as analyst. I previously worked for Eclerx Pvt. Ltd for 1 yr and 2 months and currently working for XL Dynamics Pvt Ltd for more than 1 yr and 1 month.
I have a good understanding of how loan cycle works and currently I am working for mortgage loans. Entering details of borrowers in the system from the soft copy of documents. Working on conditions assigned to me which are related to the mortgage loan applications. I clarify the queries of the customers in case of any customer facing an issue.
Attending calls of the clients to send or receive any documents over an email. Email handling (team mailbox handling) is one of my speciality.
