When I was a kid, I looked up to my Dad and my elder cousin when it comes to arts. My elder cousin was taking up architecture that time, and whenever she will sketch and paint, I would be glued to it and then I made up my mind, I will take Architecture as well. I am stubborn enough that even my mom wanted me to take medical field related courses, I still insisted on Architecture. So they let me take Architecture. When I finally got enrolled and attended the class, I was so disappointed that it wasn't the course I was dreaming of after all. I should have taken Fine Arts. But it's like, there ain't no turning back, so I pursued Architecture, became a Professional Architect and worked as one for almost 2 decades.
Art is still calling, at the age of 40, I started my first painting, somebody got so interested on it and offered me a very high price. But a budding artist in me, doesn't want my painting be priced, so I gave it away. The feeling that someone appreciated your painting is worth than any other monetary reward. I started then with different medium, and made quite a few more.
I left my professional career and devote the time painting. This though in between, gardening, baking and crafting. Now, I want to have some remote jobs.
