I have a diploma in Journalism and this has afforded me good communication and writing skills. I have over 15 years Sales experience in the call center environment. I have good negotiation skills and I go hard at closing deals. I am quality-oriented and very meticulous in my approach to tasks and problems. I do general transcript work on a freelance basis and for this I am highly accurate and I meet deadlines. I am target driven and I make sure I exceed set targets. I have completed 120 hours of TESOL Certificate to teach online English. After starting a project, I work tirelessly and persistently to reach my objectives. I am currently teaching on a voluntary basis and my students keep me motivated by me seeing them use English in their daily lives. I have good time management skills and my strength is teaching students to apply the concept taught to them. I assess and evaluate work done in a timely manner.
