My name is Kadisha and with the skills and quality I possess I have a sanguine personality, I am determined, dedicated and I work well with others which will be a great asset to your company. I have 8 + years of customer service experience. My previous role and responsibilities as a technical support agent I provided customers with troubleshooting steps to resolve the customer concerns regarding their Ring devices. I am currently in a part-time role as a human resource live support agent for Amazon employees where I adjust time or punches, correct payroll issues and educate the employees on the policies ,benefits and procedures. My overall experience gained leads me to having great interactions with customers which leads to customer resolution and satisfaction.
