I have over five years of experience in the field of content creation and copywriting, specializing in producing SEO-optimized content for tech, SaaS, and digital-first brands. My journey began with crafting blog posts and articles and eventually expanded to include writing compelling website copy, case studies, and landing pages. At ITC Infotech India Ltd (October 2022 – Present), I work as a Content Writer/Creator where I produce SEO-optimized blog posts on topics such as technology, data, SaaS, and education. I collaborate closely with the marketing/SEO team to plan topics based on keyword research and business priorities. One of my key responsibilities is to update and repurpose existing content, turning it into social media posts, email snippets, and short videos to increase engagement and reach. I also contribute to writing essential web page content for our website, ensuring the messaging is consistent and clear while maintaining an engaging tone that appeals to both technical and non-technical audiences. Prior to this, I worked as a Content Writer/Copywriter at Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd (April 2020 – September 2022) where I assisted with writing blogs, landing pages, and ad copy. My role also involved editing and proofreading content to ensure grammatical accuracy and readability. My responsibilities also extended to writing business emails, formal letters, and project/status reports, where I ensured clarity and professionalism.
