The objective of the training was to integrate technology in the classroom teaching using digital content as per proper plan. It is a pedagogical decision for teachers that how, why and when the digital content can be used in the classroom teaching which help them to address the hard spots of the topic or sub-topic. School Monitoring and Evaluation: The objective of the School Monitoring and Evaluation system is to provide the necessary information and insights for the school head to perform school based management effectively and efficiently and for the teachers to manage based on standards of teaching and learning process through the use of digital content as well as hands on activities. Bal Mela: Organized a one day Bal Mela event held at Gokan Nodal UP School, Cuttack and Gopapur Nodal UP School, Badamba, Cuttack on March 2018. Consultation on Child Manifesto with Children: This workshop belonged to children who came from different background, had a range abilities, represented both gender equally and were mix of rural and urban, shared their experiences and articulated their wishes/demands, which they urged the government fulfill. These demands/wishes were collated and converted into children’s demand for election manifesto 2019. Multi-Party Consultation on Children’s Charter of Demands, Election 2019: Organized a half day Multi-Party Consultation on Children’s Charter of Demands, Election 2019 on 27th of February 2019 at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. A ten-point charter of demands representing voices of children and young people from across the state was presented to representatives of 10 different political parties for inclusion in their party manifestos. Senior leaders and manifesto committee members from BJD, BJP, INC, SP, BSP, CPI, CPI (M), AAP, Samata Kranti Dal, and Utkal Bharat participated and discussed the importance of addressing children’s rights.
