Juvy Dajao

My name is Juvy Dajao, and I am from the Philippines. I had a work experience before as a Sales Associate, Cashier, and Customer Service Representative in a furniture company.

In my role, I assist customers with product inquiries, process sales transactions, and address customer concerns and complaints regarding orders and items. I am responsible for scheduling deliveries, monitoring and following up on made-to-order items, and coordinating the resolution of issues such as missing or incomplete parts.

I am experienced in handling customer concerns professionally, ensuring timely solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction while supporting smooth daily operations.
