I have been in the customer service industry for 8 years now and have handled different campaigns, be it using a phone or by email support. I have also worked hand-in-hand with a cluster manager in order to achieve the KPI and set by the client. 

I have been exposed to different admin tasks, both reporting, and analysis. However, despite the experience that I have, I know that I have still a lot to learn. I am absolutely thankful for the Free Training if I would be given the chance. This is because I know this would enhance my skill set. Worry not, I have been told a few times that I am a quick learner and would not disappoint. 

I am flexible, resilient, can easily adapt to situations and a quick learner. I have also been commended previously that I am the most reliable source and that I can work with less to no supervision. Though I am not the only freelancer with these attributes, I can only prove it once I'm hired.
