Justine Menese

My name is Justine Menese, and I’ve been working in the eCommerce and digital marketing space for the past several years. My professional journey began back in 2018 when I supported an Amazon store. I handled product research, product listings, customer service, and even refunds. That experience gave me a strong foundation in how online businesses run and taught me the importance of accuracy, patience, and good communication.

Currently, I’m working under an agency with one client, managing around 29 hours per month. My responsibilities include managing their Shopify store, handling customer queries, updating product listings, and creating simple designs in Canva for product images and promotions. I also help with content creation and have supported tasks like running Meta Ads and optimizing listings to improve visibility and engagement.

I chose to work lighter hours at first because I was a first-time mom recovering from a C-section, and I needed to balance my health and taking care of my baby. Now that my son is two years old, I feel ready and excited to take on more responsibilities and longer working hours. I believe I can now fully dedicate myself to growing with a team and contributing more consistently.

In terms of skills, I’m comfortable using Shopify, Canva, and other tools for social media content and eCommerce management. I’ve also had hands-on experience with customer service, email support, and coordinating tasks to make operations run smoothly. Beyond the technical side, I value being reliable, detail-oriented, and approachable. I always aim to make sure tasks are not just completed but done with care and thoughtfulness.

What motivates me the most is being part of a team where I can contribute to meaningful results—whether it’s helping a business grow its sales, improving customer experience, or making processes more efficient. I also enjoy learning new things along the way. I believe every project is an opportunity to expand my skills while giving my best to support the goals of the business.
