I support brokers from end-to-end mortgage process, from application lodgment through to settlement, plus aftercare, and client reviews. My role involves managing and organizing documents, preparing and submitting loan applications across multiple CRM platforms, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

My scope of work also involves ordering property valuations, pricing requests, and servicing assessments, cross-checking approvals and settlement documents for accuracy. I also liaise with lenders, BDMs, and clients, using various systems and lender portals to keep applications on track and ensure timely settlements.
