My name is Justine Hernandez and I have a total of seven years of various working experience. 

My first five years were in the BPO Industry where I worked as a Customer Service for a telecommunications Client. My role was to respond to my customer's inquiries with their phone bills, troubleshoot problems on their phones, and processing orders or transactions of their phone products.

In parallel while working in the BPO Industry, I studied and worked hard to graduate with a degree in BA Psychology. With the bachelor's degree I earned, I decided to shift from the BPO industry and pursue my career further in Human Resources. 

Currently, my total work experience as an HR is 2 years and 6 months. In my first year, I got hired as a US Healthcare Recruiter where I recruited healthcare nurses, assessed their profiles and conduct interviews over the phone. In addition to this, I also posted job vacancies to different job platforms over the internet. In my 2nd year, I got promoted as an Onboarding Specialist where my role was to prepare hired nurses' onboarding email, do welcome calls, and make sure all hired nurses receive all pre employment requirements by the facility/hospital. I also assist them with the documents needed for the onboarding process and coordinate schedules for orientation and send them their first day instructions.

My most recent job was Talent Acquisition coordinator at Western Digital. My role was to conduct interviews for Direct Labor (production operators) and Indirect Labor (professionals), assist in discussing contract and pre employment documents, opening of payroll accounts, and posting job vacancies on internet platforms. I also assisted the entire HR Team in onboarding hired candidates.

With these experiences, I believe I am perfect for the role. Additionally, I am passionate and dedicated to the work that I do, have strong attention to detail, have good time management skills, and excellent in working with a team.
