Looking for consulting service work using data driven models to identify trends, isolate potential issues, point to need process or technology changes needed to improve workflow efficiencies and eliminate deficiencies. Offering strategic advisory position consulting for assistance in identifying gaps, general brainstorming, and theory crafting of potential solutions. This time will be used to fill experience needed for a Strategic Planning Professional/Strategic Management Professional certification and experience for future advisor roles.

Previous and Current projects collaborations:

·        Designed new labeling and tracking processes, creating flow charts to automate data transfer from suppliers.

·        Assisted in the development and user-side testing of a parts hot call system and a new scrap/freight damage application.

·        Impact: Reduced operational downtime and improved handling of urgent parts requests.

·        Facilitated initiatives to standardize pallet quantities and optimize shipment schedules, reducing daily shipments to weekly.

·        Led the initiative to implement and optimize Microsoft SharePoint for team use.

·        Leveraged SharePoint to improve communication by making it a central documentation hub for projects, tracking milestones, issue tracking, compliance, and other team related files.
