Hired as an administrative assistant out of college, I quickly
earned the trust of my team and a seat at the leadership table. I
partnered with Greg Easton, President and Chairman of the
Board of the Easton Companies, to maximize his productivity,
and help him sail through his day. I led design projects for HR,
Facilities, and the Easton Foundations.
Facilities Spotlight: Designer and Project Manager of the $10M+
Easton Salt Lake Archery Center - a flagship center for the
Easton Foundations and one of the most prestigious archery
training facilities in the world.
HR Spotlight: Spearheaded a wellness program that improved
employee welfare and paved the way for the company to
change its approach to healthcare.
