I am a business-minded professional with a strong foundation in logistics, communications, and customer service, shaped by both academic and hands-on experiences across tourism, hospitality, and operations. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University through Kepler, and an Associate of Science degree that strengthened my multidisciplinary perspective. Currently, I serve as the Director of Logistics at Mugenzi Adventures, where I oversee day-to-day operational planning, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction strategies. This role has enhanced my ability to work cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, and lead with a problem-solving mindset. I began my professional journey in the hospitality sector, where I supported guest experiences and managed bookings—an environment that taught me the importance of empathy, service quality, and effective communication.
